Oral Liquid Manufacturing
2 liquid manufacturing areas are available in facility with batch sizes from 2.5 KL to 10 KL. Each section is having a syrup preparation tank, compounding tank & 2 holding tanks. Tanks with SS 316 MOC are equipped with bottom entry agitator, inline homogenizer, basked filters & CIP systems for effective cleaning. All tanks are jacketed with provisions for heating & cooling cycles as per specific product requirement. Sugar & sorbitol are transferred to these tanks through vacuum system designed to aid highly clean & efficient operation.
Bottle Washing & Filling / Cap Sealing – Oral Liquids
PLC operated fully automatic linear washing machines are used to remove any foreign particles from both PET & Glass bottles. Fully automatic 16 Head filling & 8 Head cap sealing monobloc machine equipped with cap elevator & measuring cap loader is used for one step filling & sealing operation for oral liquids. |
