Ointment Manufacturing/Filling Sealing
Touch Screen operated 500 kg ointment section with fully integrated, load cell mounted Water phase, Wax Phase & Manufacturing tanks are used to manufacture high quality gel & cream based ointment products. Tanks are made from SS 316 & equipped with a separate CIP system for effective cleaning.
Bulk stored in quarantine container after QC release is filled through a fully automatic versatile machine capable of filling both Lami as well as Aluminium tubes at a speed of 120 tubes per minute.
Packaging
After thorough inspection cartonator machines are used to pack individual units in carton & further packed in corrugated boxes & transferred to quarantine areas.
